The Price Cap Program caps your propane price from July 1st through April 30th of the winter season.
It's like insurance for your propane — sign up to guarantee that your propane price cannot go up excessively no matter what happens to the energy markets.
If propane prices stay lower than the cap, so will your price.
There is no limit on gallons. Excel covers all deliveries under the price cap program until April 30th.
Sign-up letters are mailed out each year in early July.
Enrollment in the Price Cap Program costs $65 per year. This is completely optional for each customer.
